Outline Planning Permission
Bloor Homes has already secured planning permission for Land East of Horndean (LEOH), an allocated site in East Hampshire District Council’s Local Plan.
Outline planning permission was granted in December 2021. Following this, Bloor Homes submitted two reserved matters (detailed) planning applications which were approved in December 2024. These represent Phases 1 and 2 of the outline permission.
The remaining phases of the approved outline permission which include the final residential application (phase 4), the local centre, community facilities, play areas and primary school will be delivered through separate reserved matters planning applications.
