Site Preparation and Future Works

Future site works will be undertaken by Bloor Homes, and we have set out below anticipated initial activities along with indicative timescales.

During 2023, we anticipate starting on site preparation works to include initial site enabling and infrastructure works.
In October 2023, we anticipate that initial archaeology, ecology and highway works will start.
During 2024, we anticipate work will start on building the first phase of homes.

All timescales are indicative and subject to change.
